SESTA srl a new company operating in the heating, air conditioning and plumbing sector presented at ISH among other things its multilayer tubing and multilayer system.

Multi-layer tubing is ideal for plumbing and heating systems in civil and industrial constructions. It is manufactured according to specifications dictated by UNI 10954-1 “Metallo-plastic multiplayer piping systems for hot and cold water” standard, certified by the Italian Institute of Plastics (IIP). SESTA Multi-layer tubing consists of a combination of Metal-plastic layers of (PE-Xb/Al/PE-Xb) which are able to combine the advantages of cross-linked Polyethylene (plastic) with the toughness of aluminium, giving results which go beyond the simple sum of its parts. The Mulit-layer tubing consists of five layers: PE-Xb, Aluminium, PE-Xb, which are bound together with two layers of adhesive resin, ensuring total uniform adherence between the parts. (more…)
