After the market of multilayer pipes was swept in 2006, 8(!) companies just in Italy in 2007/2008 started the production of multilayer pipes anew, at the same time the sales of multilayer pipes also stagnates in the most European countries, if not it decreases. So, some of the production newcomers are so to speak already clinically dead, even before the first metres of pipes come out of the plant.
